Every so often, I need to take a moment to thank some of the Triond writers who have truly helped lift me up to a greater place in my life and in my level of writing confidence. While there are countless writers I would love to include, this article is my special thank you to three beautiful writers who have managed to touch and bless my heart in unique ways.
CHAN has been a consistent, strong writer on Triond. He continually inspires me with the wide array of diverse “hot content” articles he manages to successfully produce. While some of his work may come off as controversial, I admire the courage it takes to write about topics that can produce passionate emotions. It is partially because of his courage that helped me hit the “submit” button on my recent article:
Why Deleting Comments Does a Writer Good
Because he stood up for me and made me feel better regarding a recent incident, I had the courage to publish the above article. And surprisingly, by risking my heart more in this piece, I feel I have already grown so much just in a single day by the invaluable responses I have received.
I would also like to add that it is important for readers to understand that sometimes cultural and language barriers can make a message more difficult to convey with the exact intent that is meant to be conveyed. The written word is actually neutral when you think about it; it only develops meaning when a reader places his/her interpretation on it. In my experience with CHAN, I believe he has a heart of gold and I am proud and honored that he is not only a writer I admire, but one I can also genuinely call my friend. He recently wrote me an email stating that he does not think he is as great as I think he is. This is yet another reason why I admire him. Humility is among the most beautiful traits I admire in other people.
There is something about this lady that continually warms my heart. She writes and publishes a wide range of high quality work as well. From amazing pictures like:
I have loved seeing the wide breadth of work she has been able to create. I am constantly challenged to expand my writing endeavors by people who produce interesting, timeless work. In addition, I believe that animals are drawn to true beauty and goodness, and for this gifted lady to have been able to get so incredibly close to these chipmunks says volumes about the type of person she is.
She is also a lady that stands up for what is right. Even without asking for support, this lady has given it to me at times when she may not realize, I needed it the most. I am limitlessly grateful to her for the kindness she has shown me. Words will never be able to fully express the depth of my appreciation.
This beautiful and multi-talented lady reminded me one day with a simple email how important it is to help support fellow writers and people in general. Because of her, I have been even more diligent in my efforts to contact and thank people who have added me as friends/fans and answer questions that are sent to me as effectively and with as much care as I can. Her kind email reminded me that people in this world truly care and share the same vision as you, just to make this world a more beautiful place to live for everyone. Not only is she stunningly beautiful, she is highly intelligent with a strong character and confidence that is bold and undeniably admirable.
Now, after writing this article:
I doubly understand why some people continue to “rise to the top” and others do not. Through time and experience I have come to learn that life is not about a competition, it is not about trying to be better than anyone else. You discover, ironically, the more success you manage to enjoy the more humility knocks on your door; and, the more you realize how all fears, insecurities, desires, dreams, and thoughts are shared by everyone you meet, all those who read your work, and so forth.
(The picture above says: “Love Anchors Knowledge”)
So, then it becomes understandable that people who “rise to the top” do so because life is essentially about a continual circle of giving and receiving love. Anytime you impart knowledge and teach others how to live a happier, healthier life, you are lifting up the world. Thus, those with the most knowledge are typically the ones who are most prominent in the eye of the public; because, I truly believe, knowledge is the greatest form of love.
“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach him to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”
Life is also about teaching others how to love themselves more and how to learn to allow them to do the same for you. We need each other in this world to thrive and ultimately survive. Without understanding, acceptance, sincere endless gratitude for the kindness of others, we cannot continue to grow and realize our full potential. I will never be able to thank these writers and countless others enough for teaching me lessons I will remember and cherish the rest of my life.

Yep! I’m funny like that! You can call me Tom or Tommy though… Matter of fact YOU can call me ANYTIME!!;-)~ I probably should have just used my real name as a user name here on Triond, but force of habit; being on so many sites I always pick a fake one. (TBone being a nickname that was hung on me a long time ago, and 762 refers to July of ‘62 month/yr. of birth!)
