What’s the best thing you can do for your Triond articles? Drive traffic to them, of course, over and over again.
But . . . how the heck do I send traffic to my Triond articles?
In today’s article, I’m going to discuss a strategy that has already been mentioned by Triond writers, as a way to send traffic to Triond articles.
A solid approach is to link to your Triond articles at your blogs. Now, I’ve discussed a couple of methods to accomplish this, which include:
But, there’s a surefire method to drive traffic to your Triond articles, expanding on a previously discussed concept. This involves creating a link list at the bottom of your blog post, a list that conveniently points to your Triond articles.
For example, if you have a writing blog, upon completion of each new post, include links to your Triond articles that discuss writing. If you do this each time you create a post, you are sending links to your Triond articles out into cyberspace.
Try to view your blog posts differently–as an opportunity to enlighten readers via reading your insightful Triond articles.
This is one strategy I’m going to try at my Write and Earn a Living blog to see if I can increase traffic to my Triond articles. Because it’s a writing blog, I will have plenty of Triond writing articles to link to.
This strategy would work well with many blogs.
The important thing to keep in mind is that each time you create a blog post, you should try to use this as an opportunity to increase readership of your Triond articles. By thus doing, you will send a steady stream of traffic to your Triond articles.
From the foregoing, it can been seen just how advantageous it is to use your blog posts to drive traffic to your Triond articles.
* Check out how I’ve done this at Write and Earn a Living.

Great Advice. I will definitely give this a try.

Hi Heine,
Yes, it’s so simple really and yet so powerful. I’ve often, when I plan on submitting a blog article to a carnival, included multiple links so that readers would bookmark it. Now by including multiple Triond article links, blog posts will do double duty.

Thank you, for this very important information that you have provided for a host of novices.

I’ll give it a try, but mostly I submit to Triond for the feedback other writes give me.
Thanks,
Clay

I’m sure that blogs are a good way to promote your work in Triond. And also leaving comments in blogs could help, I’ve tried this before joining Triond and it works.

Great article Athlyn (as always!).
You touch on a couple subjects I’d like to expand on, if you don’t mind.
If you’re using your blog to generate readership, it should be focused on your subject area (for example, ‘dieting’ as Athlyn mentions). When you make your blog posts, think about keywords that are going to generate search engine hits in the title and opening sentances.

Although I like the advice, I would like the results. You did not seem to have started it yet. I am already doing a linking to my profile page from my blog:

I am not pointing to specific articles. I will try as per your idea. Anyway thanks for sharing the tips.

Hi Everyone,
At my writing blog, I link to writing how-to articles in my posts; at my Alternative Health blog I link to health articles, etc.
As Ken has pointed out, someone reading your blog post is interested in that particular subject. It would serve no purpose to link to unrelated articles.

Of course we should have good traffic to that blog. That itself is big headache everyone has to experience. Moreover it is easier to get direct traffic for articles than traffic for them through links in a blog..

Another great set of advice points. I already try to remember to link other articles in, and I am going to work on the carnival.

Think of links like a cobweb: they spread out and keep finding their way back to you.
For example, someone reads your blog post or article. Now, maybe that one doesn’t particularly strike them–then they see a link to an article that sparks their interest. They click on the link and maybe share that particular article, bookmarking it, then someone else sees it, reads it and bookmarks it or links to it at a blog post, then a blog reader clicks on the link, bookmarks it, someone else bookmarks the post . . .
