Recipe To Make : Yellow Fried Chicken (Version 1).
Tail -1 chicken, cut into 4
-2 Bay leaves
-2 Stalks lemongrass, white part, minced
-500 Ml of water
-Oil for frying
5 egg hazelnut
1 teaspoon coriander
8 cloves of garlic
4 cm turmeric, grilled
4 cm galangal
4 cm ginger
1-1/2 tsp salt
How to Make:
1. Marinate chicken with ground spices, let stand for 2 hours until the flavors to infuse.
2. Cook the chicken, bay leaves, lemon grass and water over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat. Close.
