		<description>Violence is certainly a tool and a powerful tool for the writer to use.  I agree with you that how much violence is allowable depends on the genre.  It&#039;s interesting how much violence there is in the Bible.  Yes, the Bible.  The Bible was written in a very violent age.  So, it is very much a record of its time.

I don&#039;t face so much the problem of how much violence to put in my fiction.  My problem is how much sex am I allowed to put in my Triond short fiction.  I even wrote an article www.writinghood.com/online-writing/money-and-the-writing-of-sexy-short-stories-on-triond/ about it for Triond.</description>
