An opinion that expresses an appeal to the legislators concerned on the Reproductive Health Bill in the Philippines.
LIFE is the real issue.
As a mother who always care, protect and preserve life in the womb by all means. Can never afford to imagine that my country be compared to the other countries or to the countries of antiquities who ate their fetus as the exotic food, and even feeding fetus to swines and other animals. Killing more or less thousands of fetus a day. Pregnant women just go to the clinic any time to let the fetus in her womb be aborted. Because they limit their children into two per family only.
Is this the way we preserve life?
Christians and non-Christians; everyone has the right to life, and the right to live in this beautiful world. What if you were the one who was aborted then? What if you were one of those unfortunate fetus who were cooked and eaten as an exotic food? Or one of those who were feed to swines and other animals. What a horrible destiny you may have; I supposed.
Sincerity for economic change.
Philippines is an agricultural country. Why not the legislators focus laws that will really develop and strengthen to feed the poor people. If the Filipino people still recall the previous administration. That the Agricultural funds, which amounted millions that goes only to the modern Makati City. Never to the famers in the real rural farmlands. But such issue died out and forgotten, it is because of powerful and influencial people who were behind the scene.
Economically free-Philippines.
Countries which subsidized their agricultural production with honest intention to help and feed the poor people. Developed their agriculture and go with massive productions more than enough to feed their own people. They only export exist food to thier neighbors. Such as:Thialand, China, Vietnam, etc. Philippines even buy rice from some of these contries. The irony is: Filipinos trained them the craft at IRI Losba
